When you place an order, we will automatically create a card with your data useful for the purpose of shipping and collect the following personal data about you (the "Personal Data"):

  5. These data are mandatory for the correct order fulfillment.

In case of simple contact for information request, such as e-mail address and telephone number (by call or whatsApp contact) will not be stored if not associated with an order.

1.2 Information from other services, including social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+

You can link your ATB Parts profile to your social network profile, e.g. Facebook and Google+ ("Social Network"). When you use this option we automatically collect selected information about you from Social Networks. The information we collect depends on the information you have made available on Social Networks and on your privacy settings for sharing such information on Social Networks. Depending on your settings and selection, we will collect the following information:

  1. Name and surname
  2. Email address
  3. Address of residence
  4. Your contacts in social networks
  5. When you make a request to link your ATB Parts profile with the profile of a social network, we will inform you about what information we will collect from the social network in question. You will receive this information before your request is executed.

You can choose to disconnect your Social Network profile from your Trustpilot profile through your Account. At this point, Trustpilot will remove the unique ID of your social network and will disconnect / revoke Trustpilot from your Social Network. Your profile picture from your Social Network profile will remain on your Trustpilot profile.

1.3 Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies identify your computer or device rather than you as a single user and are used for various purposes.

2 Disclosure of personal information

2.1 Disclosure of personal information on the Website

We are an online spare parts sales platform and we do not share your data on our Website so that others can read it. We use online review services such as TrustPilot (refer to their privacy policy) to allow you to describe your experience with us and to share it with a third party audience.

If you make purchases through our company profiles in e-commerce platforms such as ebay or Amazon, these are responsible for the processing of personal data as we do, but only as regards the data accessible to us such as ebay user registry, product purchased , e-mail address, payment method used.

It is advisable to pay attention when deciding what information to make available for disclosure on the Website and to be aware of the fact that, depending on the level of information provided; we recommend that you provide us with the data strictly necessary (and required as mandatory) to enable us to carry out normal work activities in compliance with current legislation.

Geolocation

When you contact us through our chat (provided by Zendesk platform), we use the IP address of your computer to roughly identify your location with respect to the nearest city, this, to allow us to respond to you in your language. We will not use or retain this information except for the sole purpose of answering you to the chat to provide the best customer support. This information is not made available to other users of the Website, nor to third parties, nor to anyone outside of LightWave in general

Social Network

If you connect to our Social Network profiles, you can ask us for the same services that we would offer in chat or by email or over the phone. The processing of personal data in this case is always the responsibility of the social platforms in which the exchange of information takes place (to which we refer for the verification of the privacy statement). This information is used in exactly the same way as described above, therefore, for the sole purpose of offering our support services, and such data will neither be forwarded nor made available to third parties.

We will never take data such as profile or other photos that are not useful for the purpose of identifying a spare part, an estimate for shipping cost or other. The only images that we will take, for the sole purpose of consultation, will be those of images of the cars, of the spare parts, of any material useful for the purpose of our job offer, of the users who contact us. And they will never be archived, except for the time needed to make a quote or conclude an order by the customer.

2.2 Disclosure to other services, websites and companies

We do not disclose your data to third-party services such as search engines (Google, BIng), social networks, or other sites or applications in general.

2.3 Other disclosures

In addition to the foregoing, we disclose your personal information to the following individuals and in the following circumstances:

  • To allow suppliers, consultants and other third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf (such as verification of a chassis number for the purpose of identifying the correct part)

3 Holder of data processing

3.1 Information for which we are the data controller

We are the holder of the processing of personal data provided by you to create and maintain your customer profile, which includes, but is not limited to, your personal data, company name, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number, number of VAT number.

We are also the data controller of information that is disclosed to other services (see 2.3). The data protection laws of Italy regulate our data collection.

3.2 Information for which you are the data controller

You are the data controller for the content you choose to disclose on the Website, by email, telephone, whatsapp or other contact apps, for social networks and for personal data disclosed when you link your Social profile Network with your profile on the Website.

5 Responsible for data processing and transfer of personal information outside the EU

We use external companies to maintain the technical functioning of the Website and our services. These companies are responsible for the processing of personal data for which we are the data controller. 6 Data storage

We keep the Personal Data and other personal data you provide us for as long as you have an Account or for what is necessary to provide our services. If you choose to delete your account, keep in mind that all your data connected to it will also be deleted. We will delete this information on your request and we will only save a record with the following information: your name, email address and the date of deletion of your account. We will keep the register for 2 years. All other information will be deleted.
